ANOTHER REBELLION. RE-APPEARANCE OF EX-PRESI-DENT CASTRO. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, 3. It is reported that the rebels have been defeated, but the news is unreliable. [General Gomed became President of Venezuela as the result of a coup in December, 1908, during the absence in Europe of his predecessor, President Castro.]
