MINERS WANTED.
STATEMENT BY SIR .WESTBY PERCEVAL. (SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received August 2, 8.30 a.m.) Sir Westby Perceval, a one-time Agdnt-General for New Zealand, presiding at a meeting of the Blackwater mines, stated that* there was a deficiency of miners throughout the Dominion, where - lucrative employment was awaiting emigrant miners.
