ADMIRALTY CONTRACTS. (SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Reoeived August 2, 8.30 a.m.) • LONDON, August 1. In the House of Commons, the Prime Minister (Mr Asquith) stated that the use of oil fuel in the Nary had begun in 1904, and been extended since. It was not a new departure. Mr Churchill (First Lord of the Admiralty), replying to Lord Charles Beresford (Unionist), said that.. twenj-, ty-five oil fuel contracts had been matle by the "Adiniralty during the last fourf years.;' Further: contracts would be made when necessary. ' " "
