APPLICATION FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT.

Application has . been made for an originating Summon®, ■ asking the Court to make a declaratory order in the case of Messrs Kirkcadlie and Knight versus the Bank of New Zealand, concerning the rights'and powers of the shareholders 'to increase the Bank's capital by the issue of new shares, and what restrictions or conditions are imposed in such case by the Various legislation relating to the Bank. Four Judges will hear the application on August Bth.
