A CANADIAN OPINION. {SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received Last Night, 7.20 o'clock.) _ OTTAWA, July; 22. It is reported from Toronto that there is not likely to be a renewal of the discussion on the naval question, and that the Government is determined to contribute the three Dreadnoughts "when it secures a majority in the- Senate. The Ottawa "Free Press" states that Mr Winston Churchill ha« failed in his attempt to bounce Canada into giving three battleships. It thinks his latest dream of Imperial taxation for insular purposes in the North Sea will not be realised.
