AERONAUTICS AND OIL. (SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received Last Night 6.10 o'clock.) LONDON, July 17. Colonel Seely, replying to a .question in the House of Commons regarding the establishing of a separate department of the War Office for Aeronautics, stated that Mr Winston Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, had refused Lord Charles Beresford's request that the oil contracts should be tabled, and he saw no reason to justify a departure from this practice.
