WEDDING.
SCHOFIELD—PERRY. A very quiet but pretty wedding was solemnised at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Tenui,, on the 16th July, when Sidney Schofield, third son of Mr and Mrs J. Schofield, of "The Triangle," was married to Miss Emmeline (Annie) Perry, second daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Perry, "Hillside," Tinui. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore the usual veil and orange blossom, and looked very nice in a dress of cream voile. The two elder bridesmaids (the Misses Lucy Perry and Maud Schofield, sisters of the bride and bridegroom, respectively) were prettily dressed in pale heliotrope crystalline, while the two small maids (Misses Clara Cross and Flora Perry', with daintily dressed in cream ladianta, and carried crooks. Mr Bertram Schofield was best man, and Mr R. Perry groomsman. The Rev. Hands was the officiating clergyman. After the ceremony Mr and Mrs Perry entertained a few friends at afternoon tea. The young couple were the recipients of numerous and useful presents. Mr and Mrs Sidney Schofield left by motor for the north, where they will spend their honeymoon, after which they take up their residence at "Woodhurst," Tinui.
