LATE COMMERCIAL.
CLEANING SALE AT MARTIN* BOBODGH. Dalgety and Co., Ltd.,. Masterton, report having held a successful sale of dairy stock in the Martihboroogii saleyards on Thursday, 17th inst., on account of Mr Harold Evans. The cows were all in splendid condition for the coming milking season. The following prices were realised:—Good Jersey cows £lO 5s to £l3 6s, good Jersey cross cows £8 7s 6d to £9 2s 6d, good Shorthorn-Jersey cross cows £7 2s 6d to £8 ss, medium dairy cows (late calvers) £6 10s to £0 15s, ; choice Holstein heifers £9, Jersey cross heifer £7 to £7 7s, Holstein. yearling heifers £2 ss, Jersey yearling heifers 2. On Tuesday next we will be offering at Dyerville, on account J. Chesham, 130 tip-top dairy cows.
