AFRICAN RIOTS.
(SYDNEY "SUN'' SPECIAL.) (Received July 17, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 16. In the House of Commons, in reply to a question, it was announced that three officers and twenty-four men of the Army had been wounded during the fighting at Johannesburg.
