PUTUMAYO SCANDAL.
(SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received July 17, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 16. Replying to a question in the House of Commons, the Prime Minister (Mr Asquith.) stated that the House had no time at its disposal to discuss the Putumayo Scandal Committee's report.
