GASES AT PENRITH AND TAREE. VACCINATION OF SCHOOL CHTLDHEN. (Received July 12, 9.50 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 12. The authorities think that one case at Penrith and another at Taree are small-pox. iii-i General vaccination of school children in the infected area commences on Monday next. The police have all been vaccinated, and the vaccination of the railways and other public staffs is proceeding. Inter-State railway traffic has decreased by fully one-third. The services are late through the vaccination of passengers. g A number of persons in Victoria has been fined for refusing to allow their children to bo vaccinated. TWENTY-FOUR FRESH CASES. Received This Morning, 12.30 o'clock. SYDNEY, July 13. Ten fresh emall-pox cases were reported yesterday, and fourteen today.
