The Canadians are using the Ross rifle. The weather, on the whole, made shooting easy, but the wind was fluky at the long range. (Received Last Night. 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, July 13. In the shoot for Lord Cheylesmore's Cup, open to members of Empire *"teams,-Blacklow (New South Wales) and "Fulton (England' tied with 49. Fulton won an*, exciting shoot-off, each scoring three bulls, then an inner and two" bulls apiece. Then Blacklow scored an inner and Fulton a hull's eye.
