DUTCHMEN AND HOOLIGANS. (.SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received La-st Night, 7.10 o'clock.) JOHANNESBURG, July 10. The majority of tho strikers are peaceable. The majority, including young Dutchmen and hoolig&M from the lowest quarter of the town, were responsible for the rioting. The damage to the "Star" office ia estimated at £20,000.
