(SYDNEY ''SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received July 9, 9 p.m.) - OTTAWA, July 9. The design competition for the Federal Government Buildings will be open to architects of the Empire. The successful co-npetitor will have charge of the .work, andl the next five will receive three thousand dollars (£600) each.
