REMOVAL OF WOOL DUTY. (Received Last Night, 7.10 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, June 30. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., have received a cable from Washington, advising that it is considered certain that the Bill allowing wool to enter the; United States free of duty will beebme law in August.
