RUMOURS OF IMPENDING CHANGES.

(Received Last Night, 6.5 o'clock.) LONDON, Juno 28. There are renewed rumours of Ca-bm-ot changes. Somo of the Unionist papers assert that the Right Hon. H. H. Asquith intends to appoint Sir Rufus Isaacs as successor to Lord Alverstone as Lord Chief Justice of England. Thia proposal is condemned in view of the recent Marconi disclosures. The "Spectator" says it does not believe the rumour, and add 9: "No Prime Minister would replace Lord Alverstone in the way suggested."
