SUGGESTION BY THE POWERS. AN AUTONOMOUS MACEDONIAN PROVINCE. (Received June 23, 9.10 a.m.) SOFIA, Jupne 23. M. Pasics (Servian Premier) has promised to M. Daneff (Bulgarian premier) the establishment of an autonomous Macedonian ' province, this to be followed by Servia and Bulgarian demobilisation.
It is reported that Russia is f.iv ourable tx» the proposal, but that Bui garia is disinclined to agree to it.
SERVIA INSISTS
