A.s a result of a Shipyard Conference at Edinburgh, notices have been given thai ihe strike be suspended. A ballot has been ordered regarding the masters' offer of an increase of a shilling per week, or 2£ per cent, to riveters, and concerning the institution of a neutral chairman.
