NUMEROUS MESSAGES OF CONDOLENCE. GREYMOUTH IN MOURNING. (By Telegraph. — Prtss Amodat-Um.) GREYMOUTH, Last Night. The funeral of Sir Arthur Guinness will take plaee on Friday afternoon. To-day expressions of mourning are universal. Flags are flying at halfmast and shop windows nave tne shutters up. Lady Guinness received messages of condolence from all_ parts of the Dominion, including messages from the Premier and members of the Government and all shades and opinions in politics, bearing a splendid testrimany and appreciation of his services and the esteem in which he was held as a Speaker and the abte representative of Grey for over a quarter of a century.
