JAPANESE PROTEST. (Received Last Night 10.45 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, June 4. The Japanese Minister has presented Japan's protest against the Anti-Alien Law. Japan contends that California's action tends to impair the equality of treatment to which the Japanese are entitled under the principles of international law.
