(Received Last Night, 9.4 o'clock ) WASHINGTON, June 4. President Wilson has declared in favour of the admission of free meat, cattle, sheep, hogs, wheat and oats. As the President swung the Housa representatives agree to free wool and sugar. It is considered likely that he will be able to influence the Senate similarly. The Senate Committee has declared in favour of the admission of free meat.
