BIBLE-IN-SCHOOLS.

At a meeting of the Nelson Presbytery, .held at Blenheim to-day, the Presbytery took up a remit from the General Assembly re the Bible-in-Schools League movement. A resolution was carried' unanimously that whereas the General Assembly adopted th? Bible-in-Scbools League scheme without consulting the Presbvteries and whereas this Presbytery does not sympathise witli the League's proposed right of entry the Presbytary respectfully declines the Assembly's request to assist the movement in question.
