THE CZAR'S ARRIVAL.

(Received Last Night, 11.55 o'clock.) BERLIN, May 23. The Oar's arrival was in striking contrast to that of King George's. The route was lined with military, six deep. Tne crowd was swept back into sido streets. The Kaiser wore .a Russian uniform and with King George welcomed the Czaa\ At the station, the Czar had a splendid military reception, but Wednesday's geniality was absent. There was a brilliant scene at the State banquet at Whitehall. Admiral Sir John R. Jellicoe, who was among the wedding guests, had a long int3rview with the Kaiser.
