Tlie Daily Telegraph's Pekin correspondent reports that a formidable erivo-loping movement by the. Northern troops is proceeding for the occupation: of strategic points on the old Yangbse-Kianga River, isolating and menacing human beings in the Kiangsi district. The newspapers state that all the troops in the vicinity of Pekin are in armed readiness. The Cantonese General Chen-Yuh-Sen, of revolutionary fame, has been summarily beheaded. This has created a great sensation.
