RECEIPTS FOR I iAND PARCELS i ' On and after Ist January, 1918, return receipts for inland parcels may be obtained by senders from the addressees on payment of One Penny. When posting a parcel for which a return receipt is desired the sender will fill in a card, to be obtained at any post office. The card will . be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the receipt, which will them be returned to sender through the post. Parcels: From January Ist, 1-913, the Inland Parcel Rates will be reduced to nd for the first pound and a l}d for eadh succeeding pound.
