RECEIPTS FOR I xAND PARCELS On and after Ist January, 1913, re- | turn receipts for inland parcels may jbe obtained by senders from the I addressees on payment of One Penny. j When posting a parcel for which a return receipt is desired the sender will fill in a card, to be obtained at any post office. The card will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the ceipt, which will then be returned to i sender through the post. Parcels: From January Ist, 1913, the Inland Parcel Rates will be reduced to ud for the first pound and a l}d for each suoooeding pound.
