At the South Australian Jockey Club's Autumn meeting the Adelaide Cup resulted as follows: Midnight Sun 1 ' Mountain Princess 2 Aurifer 3.
Ther.i were twenty-three starters. Broadsword made most of the running. Greek Fire led into the st a:ght from Aurifer and Mouhtain Princess; but Midnight Sun moved up ;d rattled home with a length and a-half to spar». Time, 2-min 50sec.
