(Received Last Niy.ht 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, May 10. The Radical, Nationalist and Unionist members of the House of Commons threaten to oppose the Sir Stuart Samuel Indemnity Bill. Lord Hugh Cecil ha«? given notice to move that while the House is agreeable to indemnifying Sir Stuart Samuel against exaggerated penalties, it "is of opinion that lie should pay a moderate penalty. Sir Stuart Samuel was held to be liable to heavy penalties for bavinp voted in certain divisions after he had become disqualified. The Government intimated its intention nf !>-' ing down a Bill to indemnify him against these penalties.
