RECEIPTS FOR I aAND PARCELS On and after Ist January, 1913, retarn receipts for inland parcels may he obtained by senders from the addressees on payment of One Penny. When posting a parcel for which a return receipt 19 desired the sender will nil in a card, to be obtained at any post office. The card will be forwarded, with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the receipt, which will then be returned to sender through the post. Parcels: Front January Ist, 1913, the Inland Parcel Bates will be reduced to dd for the first pound and a lid for each succeeding pound.
