The Chinese Premier, Lu ChengHsaing, has issued a circular in reply to the allegations made by civil ami military governors, that. Sung, exMinister of Education (who was sliol: some weeks ago, by assassins, at Pc king railway station), was murdered at the instigation of Hung, the Premier's secretary. Tho circular states that Hung, at the moment of the murder, was collecting evidence against Sung in cor-ncet-ion-with the forging of bank nou in Japan.
