VIGOROUS CRITICISM. (Received This Morning, 12.20 o'clock.) LONDON, ApriJ 29. In the Budget debate Mr E. Prettyman and Mr Bonar Law vigorously attacked the land taxes. 'The Right Hon. L. Lloyd George, in defending his position, announced that the valuation of the country would be completed in 1913.
