HARMONIOUS ACTION URGED. (Received This Morning, 12.2.5 o'clock.) LONDON. April 22. Prince Louis of Battenbmg, speaking at a meeting of the Union Jack Club, urged the necessity for harmonious action between the army and navy. No more foolish and mischievous statement could be made tharc to say that the fleet alone was sufficient to keep an enemy from Britain's shores. An efficiently trained and professional army, lie said, was quite as necessary as the navy.
