FACTORY DISTROYED BY FIRE.
(By Telegraph. — Press Association.) NAPIER, Last Night. About 10 o'clock to-night an oilskin factory, owned by J. J. Blackburn, was totally destroyed .by fire. Seven machines, in addition to about 800 or 900 coats, were destroyed, the damage being estimated at over £SOO. The building, stock and machines are insured in the State Office. _ The fire was earawd' by a cat upsetting a bottle of methylated spirits on to a lighted candle.
