CONFLICTING REPORTS. TURKISH OUTRAGES IN ARMENIA. (Received Aoril 21, 8.35 a.m.) VIENNA, April 20. Ther e are conflicting reports regarding the position at Skutari. Some represent that the bombardment is proceeding; others assert that it has been abandoned. (Received April 21, 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, April 20. The Daily Telegraph states that Constantinople is isolated. Turkish outrages on Armenians have aroused in the young Turks a fear that Russia may intervene. The leaders favour radical reforms, with foreign collaboration.

RELIEVED INHABITANTS OF VA'LONA.

The arrival of the blockading ships at Valona, on the Adriatic, 58 miles from Durazzo, has relieved the inhabitants, who were in a state of famine and also feared invasion by 25,000 Turks under Djavid Pasha, who are camped near the town, and are in desperate straits through lack of food.
