TWENTY MILLIONS FOR SOCIAL REFORM. (Received Last Night, 5.50 o'clock.) LONDON, April 19. The Right Hon. Alex Ure, LordAdivocate of Scotland, .speaking at Bromley, said the next Budget would be that of 1910 over again. The Hon, D. Lloyd-George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, intended devoting £20,000,000 to social reform.
