WHERE THERE'S A WILL, THERE'S A WAY. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) BOSTON, April 20. Twenty Scottish girls, all engaged to be married, arrived here, but were debarred from landing, owing to noncompliance with the immigration regulations, providing that they must have the needful financial standing. Their fiancees went aboard the vessel and married the girls, who" then landed happily.
