(To the Editor) Sir,—l am glad that "A Shareholder" has taken this matter up. I heartily agree with everything he say®. Then, as regards the mishap to the engine on two successive entertainments. What was wrong .with the late driver at a irurilv cheaper .salary ? We want the I'ictur© Company to be a sitooess to both shareholders and public alike, and I agree that all necessary expense Should lie kept down: The shareholder* should be called together at the earliest date, and a proper understanding arrived at, -and directors appointed, approved of %y the "shareholder^;' Thanking you in anticipation,—l a.m, efc<*., ANOTHER SHAREHOLDER.
