BRITAIN'S STRENGTH. (Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock.) LONDON, March 25. Speaking in- the House of Commons, in reply to a question, Colonel the Right Hon. John Soel y, insisted that the country possessed 101 efficient aeroplanes, and would have 148 by the end of May, of which 130 were able to rise to a height of 3000 feet, and travel at the rate of fiftv miles an hour.
