NEW BILLS. (Received Last Night; 11.10 o'clock.) London, March 25. The llight Hon. R. McKenna, has introduced a Bill dealing with hunger strikers, and also a Mental Deficiency Bill ; on the lines of his last session's Bill. Mr J. Murray McDonald, Liberal member for Falkirk, intoduced a Bill to abolish the necessity fo r members of Parliament vacating their seat,« 011 accepting office of profit under the Crown.
