BREACHES -IT WELMNGTON, (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. Three Senior Cadets Avere charged' at the Magistrate's Court with interrupting' a parade. Each pleaded not guilty, a,nd denied interfering with ,the parade. They admitted that some ihilarity -was caused bv the issue of short trousers,* most, of'which were much,too large for the wearers. "These are offences*, which I characterise as minor breaches of discipline, and as such should be dealt' with at the time in the Drill Hall," said Mr Riddell, S.M. "J think it is ridiculous that they should be brought before a criminal court thus wasting. the time of the court." He entered n conviction against .the youths but inflicted ino penalty.
