Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd, report on'.their Taratahi sale as fol-. lows.—A fair yarding of .sheep and a small yarding of cattle- were offered. In sheen only best lines were inquired for, and for this class t good sale resulted. Medium and inferior sorts were neglected. Cattle were dull of sale, and only a few pens chainged hands. The foillowing; is a list of prices realised:— r Sheep, small lambs 5« Id, medium lambs to 8s 9d, best woolly lambs tc 10s, Down cross lambs 7s 7d to 10s 2d; aged ewes 5s Id to 6s 3d, medium ewes Ss 2d to 8s lOd. 4 tooth and 6 tooth ewes to 13s 2d, purebred 2 tooth Romney ewes 17s, 4 tooth to 4 vear Romnev ewes 20s.' lE.omn'ev rains 31s to £2 2s. Cattle: Good Shorthorn cross .woaner heifers to 365. Jersey and Holstein cross weaner heifers'to £2 6s.
