i REPORT CONCERNING CHEESE. Following is the, report concerning the fourteen crates of cheese forwarded from the Wairarapa sincl East Coast Pastoral and- Agricultural Society's tvhow (1912), and judged and! graded in London by Messrs Andrew, Clement and Sons. The cheese, realised 60,3 per owt:— 1. Belvedere: Flavour, 0.K.; colour, right; texture, good; mark, close; finish, good. 2. Parkvale: Flavour, 0.K.; colour, right; texture;, good; make, little op?n ; finish, good. 3. Baiefield: Flavour, slightly acidy; colour, not qtrite straight; texture, good; make, little open; finish, good. 4. Ta.ra.tahl: Flavour, 0.K.; colour, slightly discoloured; texture, lacking .si Ik in ess; make, little open; finish, good. 5. Gr?ytowu : Flavour, fair; cjlcur. right; texture, harsh; make, little loose ; finish, good. G. Cnrrington: Flavour. 0.K.; colour, right; texture, weak.; make, loose and open; finish, good. 7.
