AERIAL FLEET.
URGED BY AERIAL LEAGUE. (Received thi s Morning 12.20 o'clock) LONDON, March 14. Tho Aerial League in a manifesto urges tho immediate allocation' of £1,000,000 to create an aerial fleet. Colonel Seely, speaking at the Aero Club, said that when lie delivered .his statement in the House of Commons, on Wednesday next, it would he found that satisfactory provision would be made for an aerial fleet.
