CONDITIONS
All ©rants will lie conducted and decided under the Rules of the New Zealand Athletic Union, and compe-, titors attention is specially drawn to Rule 15 of the Constitution, and Id of the Regulations, i.e., that every competitor must .he registered and entry fee paid before competing,_ot~ Iherwiso ho is liafol© to disqualification and will not receive any prize money. &e may win. Nominations for all handicap events must he made on Monday, March 3rd, 1913, on New Zealand Athletic forms, giving past two years.' performances. If no performances dining past two years, the last four performances, if any, to be Stated. A.ll protests must he lodged, with th© secretary in writing within, ten minutes after the event, accompanied with a fee of ss, to be forfeited if the protest be found frivolous. Any competitor leaving his mark before the pistol is fired will be put hack one yard for each offence. The Committee reserve the right to re-handicap any Competitor, and also to alter or postpone the programme in the event of bad weather. Three competitors or no race, five or mo second prize.
