Acceptances close on the grounds at 11.15. CONDITIONS. AH events will be conducted and ■decided under the Utiles of the New Zealand Athletic Union, and compe- ( 'titers attention is specially drawn to [Rule 15 of the Constitution, and 13 of the Regulations, i.e., that every -competitor must be registered and entry fee paid before competing, otherwise ho is liable to disqualification and will not receive any prize money, ihe may win. Nominations for all handicap events must be made on Mondav, March 3rd, 1913, on New Zealand Athletic forms, giving past two yeare>' performances. If no performances duiing past two years, the last four performances, if any, to be stated. All protests must be lodged iwith the secretary in writing within ten minutes after the event, accompanied with a fee of os, to be forfeited if the protest be found frivolous. Any competitor leaving his mark before the pistol is fired will be put back one yard for each offence. The Committee reserve the right to re-handicap any Competitor, and also to alter or postpone the programme in the event of bad weather. Three •competitors or no race, five or >no second prize.
