SHORTAGE OF GOLD. GRAVE MENAGE TO INDUSTRY. (Received Tliis Morning, 12.10 o'clock.) BERLIN, Muroil 10. The newspaper Neusto Nachrichton states that- the German banks are faced with a critical gold famine, which is primarily the result of the heavy withdrawal of foreign loan moneys last year. Unless the position is remedied industry will he -übjected to a grave crisis this summer.
