SIR THOMAS LIPTON'S CHALLENGE. (Received Last Night, 11.10 o'clock.) LONDON, March 6. In accordance with tho deed of gift of Mr Charles Nicholson, of Gosport. he will be the builder of the new yacht Shamrock IV., with which, Sir Thomas Lipton will contest the Amerika Cup.
