LEVER BROTHERS.
THE LIBERIAN AGREEMENT/ (Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock.) BERLIN, March 5. The Reichstag debated Messrs Lever Bros.' Liberian agreement. The Government announced that it had protested against the concession as contrary to Germany's Liberian commercial agreement, Liberia had replied that the Legislature had not given the necessary sanction, and if a contingency) arose, Germany's treaty rights would be protected.
