FOREIGN AIRSHIPS
BRITISH REGULATIONS. (Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock. \ LONDON, March 5. The Home Office has defined eight landing areas for foreign aii'sh-'ps, including Brighton and Margate. The War Office will not allow air craft to carry guns, and will require two-days' notice to a Consul, or eighteen to the Home Office, before the arrival of an airship. Permits will be issued to continue voyages over Britain, at a cost of 60s for an airship, and 20s for an aeroplane. The Home Office has prescribed smoke shell and red rocket as signals of warning to aviators in prohibited territory. Unless they descend when the signal is given, they will be fired upon, or become liable to six months' imprisonment, and a fine of £2OO and a sentence of seven years if engaged in espionage.
