Sir.—Li your issue of to-day von Ikivc an article in which a prouiinout politician of New South Wales •Implores the lack of manners and civility that characterises the youth of that ,state. We are told that New South Wales has had Bible instruction in its schools for over forty years. Is this the result? A rising genera tini that has no civility «*md no veneration for old age?
